Our data-handling processes
Reusable hard drives and SSDs are securely wiped and reused unless physical destruction is requested. Shredding can be arranged on request and may involve a charge.
Certified data erasure using Active@ KillDisk is available to organisations by prior request.
Where physical destruction is required, data-bearing equipment is securely destroyed through appropriately licensed and accredited downstream partners.
Certificates of data destruction are available to organisations by prior request.
What You Can Do
- Sign out of any cloud accounts
- Reset your device to factory settings
- Erase your own devices
If you can't do this, that's not a problem - we'll handle it securely.
